The use of the kukara.net site will be governed by the Terms and Conditions described below. The use of this platform by the client indicates the full and unconditional acceptance of them. The purchase of one or more products through this site is made by the customer freely, and indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed below. 1. Kukara Designer Collector
Kukara Designer Collector is an independent store, which has products for sale that the customer can purchase freely and to their entire satisfaction.

2. Selling Products Online
You can purchase any number of products you want, as long as they are available in our inventory. The purchase of the same does not give the user the right to its commercialization.

3. Exchange rules
In case you want to exchange the product, you have 15 days to make the exchange: 1. The product must be new, with tags attached and in the same condition as it was when you received it. We will proceed to see the status of the product before confirming the exchange. 2. A proof of the invoice must be sent. 3. When you make the exchange, you must do it through Correos de CR: In this case, with the exception of being an exchange for credit or guarantee, you assume the cost of shipping the product you want to exchange 4. Products with signs of wear or used, washed or modified will not be exchanged. 5. Discount or promotional items are not eligible for exchanges.

4. Terms of Payment
Payment terms will be determined by Kukara Designer Collector. In order for the site to accept your order, Kukara Designer Collector must have received the corresponding approval from the Authorizer of the credit or debit card. Kukara Designer Collector is not in any way responsible if such financial institution rejects the credit or debit card for any reason.

5. Conditions of delivery and use of the ticket
Once you have made the purchase with your credit or debit card, a summary of the transaction will be immediately sent to your email, in which the details of the transaction will be broken down.
